Cancellations requested less than 20 days prior to the event will be charged a fee equal to 50 percent (50%) of the deposit.

The deposit and rental fee for cancelled reservations at least 20 days prior to the event will be fully refunded. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the refund will be applied back to the card used at the time of payment. This process takes approximately three weeks. If the deposit was paid by cash or check, the refund check will be mailed. Any event where alcohol is consumed must not exceed five (5) hours of event time.
